1. What data we collect

First and last name, email, phone, party size, date and time of the booking and, if you provide them voluntarily, allergies/intolerances and accessibility needs, as well as any notes.

2. Why we process them and on what basis

• To manage your booking and contact you about it (performance of a contract).
• To send you confirmation or cancellation emails (performance of the contract).
• Allergies and accessibility needs (health-related data): processed only with your explicit consent, in order to welcome you properly.

3. How long we keep them

For as long as necessary for the booking and subsequent obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last booking, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

4. Who they are shared with

To provide the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: PayGlobe (booking platform), Amazon Web Services (hosting, servers in the European Union) and Zoho (email delivery). We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Where they are stored

Data is hosted on servers located in the European Union (AWS, Frankfurt).

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing and data portability at any time. You may also withdraw your consent at any time by writing to booking@shuibiza.com.

7. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain: AEPD).

8. Cookies

This site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation (e.g. session and language preference). We do not use profiling or marketing cookies.
